Schools run many interconnected processes — attendance, grading, fees, parent communication — that are error-prone and slow when handled manually or across disconnected spreadsheets, especially during high-traffic periods like exam-result publishing.
The solution
A single platform with role-based views for each user type, purpose-built modules for the school's actual workflows, and infrastructure designed to handle predictable traffic spikes around exams and fee deadlines.
Architecture
A modular NestJS backend (separate modules for attendance, fees, exams and communication) with a React frontend, deployed on AWS with Docker-based containerization for consistent environments.
