Process
From idea to impact.
Eight stages, each with a clear output, not an opaque black box between kickoff and launch.
Discovery
We learn the business context: who the product is for, what problem it solves, what already exists, and what constraints (technical, budget, timeline) shape the project.
- Typical duration
- 3–7 days
- Who participates
- Product/delivery lead, Client stakeholders, Engineering lead
What you receive
- Discovery summary
- Open questions & assumptions log
- Initial scope outline
Strategy
Scope is turned into a plan: feature prioritization, platform decisions (web/mobile/both), a recommended engagement model, and a rough sequencing of what gets built first.
- Typical duration
- 3–5 days
- Who participates
- Product/delivery lead, Engineering lead, Client stakeholders
What you receive
- Prioritized feature list
- Recommended engagement model
- High-level roadmap
UX/UI
Core user flows are wireframed and tested against real workflows before visual design begins. Visual design follows once flows are validated, building toward a coherent design system.
- Typical duration
- 1–3 weeks, scope-dependent
- Who participates
- Product designer, Product/delivery lead, Client stakeholders
What you receive
- Wireframes
- Visual design files
- Interactive prototype (for larger builds)
Architecture
Data models, API boundaries, third-party integrations and infrastructure are designed before implementation starts, so engineering isn't improvising structural decisions mid-build.
- Typical duration
- 3–10 days, scope-dependent
- Who participates
- Engineering lead, Relevant discipline leads (AI/IoT/cloud as applicable)
What you receive
- Architecture overview
- Technology stack confirmation
- Integration plan
Development
Iterative implementation against the agreed scope, with regular builds available for review rather than a single delivery at the end.
- Typical duration
- The majority of the project timeline
- Who participates
- Engineering team, Product/delivery lead
What you receive
- Working builds on a regular cadence
- Progress updates
- Access to a staging environment
QA
Functional testing, cross-device/browser checks, and regression testing against the agreed feature set before anything is called release-ready.
- Typical duration
- Ongoing through development, concentrated before release
- Who participates
- Engineering team, Product/delivery lead
What you receive
- QA test summary
- Known-issue log
- Release-readiness sign-off
Deployment
Production environment setup, deployment pipeline configuration, and a coordinated release, including a rollback plan.
- Typical duration
- 1–3 days
- Who participates
- Engineering lead, DevOps/cloud discipline
What you receive
- Production deployment
- Deployment documentation
- Access credentials handover
Growth
Post-launch monitoring, performance tuning, and planning the next iteration, whether that's a maintenance arrangement or a new phase of features.
- Typical duration
- Ongoing
- Who participates
- Product/delivery lead, Engineering team as needed
What you receive
- Post-launch monitoring
- Maintenance/support plan options
- Next-phase roadmap
